Areas of Focus

Having spent nearly 40 years learning the hard way, I love sharing experiences and lessons learned with clients.  Learning the easy way, from struggles of others, complements sound content in addressing the common challenges of building a team and together managing an organization.  If we identify challenges that are not in my comfort zone, I will assist in finding someone who can assist.
