How we see ourselves and the world we live is critical as our beliefs determine our actions.  Assisting clients to see clearly and develop a  vision of becoming is essential for healthy growth to occur.  

How we think determines how we act.  Behaviors are generally responses to needs.  For example, an organization responds to the need for more revenue by emphasizing sales generating behaviors. It is essential to learn, apply and reinforce effective behaviors which align with individual beliefs.     

Equipping others with the special skills required to execute the  required activities is generally a matter of improving a skill set .  Referred to as task training, the skills learned must align with the belief system or they will go unused.  When this alignment does not occur,  training is a waste of time and money.
