Jesus told his disciples in Matthew 5:13-16 that they are to be salt and light. This was not a suggestion, but a direct command as to their daily conduct as followers of Jesus. In every organization I have served in, both private, public and political, being salt and a light has been my primary focus.
I'm eager to equip and encourage others to do likewise. I welcome speaking engagements, group sessions and mentoring opportunities.
